Product Overview
MUX08 is a 8channel JFET monolithic analogue multiplexer which connects a single output to one of the eight analogue inputs depending upon the state of 3bit binary address. It is a monolithic four channel differential analogue multiplexer configured in a double pole, four position electronic switch array. A two bit binary input address connects a pair of independence analogue input from each four channel input section to the corresponding pair of independent analogue outputs.
- JFET switches rather than CMOS, high resistance to static discharge damage
- No SCR latch up problems
- 300 ohm typical "ON" resistance (VS<lt/>10V, IS<lt/>200µA, V+ = +15V, TA=25°C)
- 0.01nA typical source current (Switch "OFF", VS=10V, VD=10V, TA=25°C)
- 2.2µs typical output settling time (10V stop to 0.10%, TA=25°C)
- 1µs typical break before make delay (V+=+15V, V=-15V, TA=25°C)
- 60dB typical "OFF" isolation (V+=+15V, V=-15V, TA=25°C)
- 2.5pF typical source capacitance (switch "OFF", VS=0V, VD=0V, TA=25°C)
- 0.3pF typical drain capacitance (switch "OFF", VS=0V, VD=0V, TA=25°C)
- 16 lead PDIP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
