Product Overview
PUR 300 is a highly effective, non-silicone mould release agent, based on a blend of waxes and hydrocarbon solvents. For rigid insulation and semi -rigid polyurethanes. It has been specifically formulated to facilitate release of high density rigid polyurethanes and refrigeration/insulation foams. The product ensures a quick & easy release of high density rigid polyurethane foams & refrigeration foams from aluminium, steel and silicone rubber moulds.

- Temperature range release film to 100°C
- Soluble in solvents, insoluble in water
- Thinner than water viscosity
- Safe on metals and most synthetic materials

- Auto-ignition temperature <gt/> 200°C
Notes
Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 1 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
