The LERTDUWS2W from Osram is a high bright LED in multi-chip SMT technology. Emission colours are red, true green, deep blue and ultra white. This device features outstanding brightness and luminance due to pure surface emission and low junction thermal resistance.
- Compact light source with glass window on top
- Material used are thinGaN and InGaAlP
- Forward voltage is 2.5V for red and 3.6V for true green, 3.45V for blue/ultra white
- Forward current (If) is 700mA
- Viewing angle of 120°
- Dominant wavelength of 625nm for red, 527nm for true green and 453nm for blue
- Peak wavelength of 632nm for red, 520nm for true green and 449nm for blue
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
