Product Overview
ADP160ACBZ-1.2-R7 is an ultralow quiescent current, low dropout, linear regulator that operates from 2.2V to 5.5V and provides up to 150mA of output current. The low 195mV dropout voltage at 150mA load improves efficiency and allows operation over a wide input voltage range. It is specifically designed for stable operation with tiny 1µF ±30% ceramic input and output capacitors to meet the requirements of high-performance, space-constrained applications. Short-circuit and thermal overload protection circuits prevent damage in adverse conditions. It is used in applications such as mobile phones, digital cameras and audio devices, portable and battery-powered equipment, post dc-to-dc regulation, portable medical devices.

- Dropout voltage is 7mV typical at (IOUT = 10mA, TA = 25°C)
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 4-ball WLCSP package
