HMC8074LP6GE

HMC8074LP6GE is a quadband MMIC VCO that integrates the resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and features two RF output pins. The VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, and process due to the oscillator’s monolithic structure. Typical application includes test equipment and industrial controls, VSAT radio, point to point/multi-point radio, military end-use.

• Four independent VCO’s with common RF & tuning ports
• No external resonator needed
• Frequency range from 8.3 to 10.1GHz (band 1, TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• Tuning sensitivity is 200MHz/V (typ, band 1, TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• Power output is -10dBm (typ, RF2, TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• SSB phase noise is -76dBc/Hz (typ, 10KHz, band 1, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
• Supply voltage range from 4.50 to 5V (TA = -40°C to +85°C, Vcc = +4.75V)
• Total supply current (ICB + ICx) (VCB = VCx = +4.75V) is 60mA (typ, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
• Tune voltage (VTUNE) range from 0.5 to 13.0V (TA = -40°C to +85°C)
• 40 lead SMT package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
