Product Overview
The MGA-30889-BLKG is a flat gain High Linearity Gain Block with built in temperature compensated internal bias circuitry. The block requires simple DC biasing components to achieve wide bandwidth performance. The temperature compensated internal bias circuit provides stable current over-temperature and process threshold voltage variation. The gain block MMIC amplifier achieved through the use of proprietary 0.25µm GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process.
