The FODM124 is a 4-pin full pitch Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a phototransistor. The lead pitch is 2.54mm. It is suitable for digital logic inputs, microprocessor inputs, twisted pair line receiver and telephone line receiver.
