The PX439XS/BK/100 is a 100gm rigid thermally conductive Epoxy Resin with excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability. It is used in power supplies, encryption devices, security encapsulation, deep sea electronics, high voltage capacitors. It is in the form of black liquid with barely perceptible odour.
