Product Overview
HSP061-2M6 is a HSP061-2 series 3V, dual-line high-speed port protection. This ESD arrays designed for high-speed differential lines. The ultralow variation of the capacitance ensures negligible influence on signal-skew. Complies with IEC 61000-4-2 - C = 150 pF, R = 330 ohm exceeds level 4, ±8KV (contact discharge) and ±15KV (air discharge). Typical applications include HDMI 1.4, DVI, display port, USB3.0, SATA, Ethernet and HMI.
- Flow-through routing to keep signal integrity
- 5.5GHz cut-off frequency at - 3dB
- 0.6pF ultra low capacitance
- 6V breakdown voltage at 1mA
- 3V stand-off voltage
- 100nA IRM at VRM = 3V
- 3A peak pulse current (IPP) (8/20µs)
- 18V IEC 61000-4-2, +8KV contact, measured at 30ns
- 6 lead QFN package
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
