MAX823TEUK+T

The MAX823TEUK+T is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with watchdog timer and manual reset in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor’s (µP’s) reset input starts the µP in a known state and µP supervisory circuit assert a reset to prevent code execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. It is specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC and significantly improve system reliability, accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components.

• Supply voltage range is 1.2V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• Precision monitoring of +2.5V, +3V, +3.3V and +5V power supplies
• Reset threshold voltage is 3.08V
• Watchdog input and manual reset input
• Fully specified over temperature
• Power on reset is 200ms
• Reset (complimentary) valid to VCC = 1V
• Power supply transient immunity
• No external components for watchdog or reset function
