AD4632-16BBCZ is a 16bit, dual channel 2-channel, simultaneous sampling, Easy Drive™, 500kSPS successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). With a guaranteed maximum ±3ppm integral nonlinearity (INL) and no missing codes at 16bits, this achieves excellent precision from −40°C to +125°C. A low-drift, internal precision-reference buffer eases voltage-reference sharing with other system circuitry. This offers a dynamic range of 97.4dB when using a 5V reference. The low-noise floor enables low-noise chains to utilize less gain to utilize power. Application includes automatic test equipment, digital control loops, medical instrumentation, seismology, semiconductor manufacturing, and scientific instrumentation.
