Specyfikacja
AD5694R is a low power, quad, 12-bit buffered voltage output DAC. It also incorporates a power on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC outputs power upto zero scale or midscale and remain there until a valid write takes place. Each part contains a per-channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 4µA at 3V while in power-down mode. It uses a versatile 2-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates upto 400KHz. It is used in applications such as optical transceivers, base-station power amplifiers, process control (PLC I/O cards), industrial automation, data acquisition systems.

- User selectable gain of 1 or 2 (GAIN pin), THD is -80dB typical
- Relative accuracy is ±0.12LSB typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Differential nonlinearity is ±1LSB maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Total unadjusted error is ±0.01% of FSR typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Gain temperature coefficient is ±1ppm typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Output voltage settling time is 5µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Slew rate is 0.8V/µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Digital-to-analogue glitch impulse is 0.5nV-sec typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +105°C, package style is 16-lead LFCSP_WQ
