Specyfikacja
ADA4097-2BRMZ is a dual robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier (op-amp). This device features offset voltages of <lt/>60µV, input bias currents (IB) of <lt/>0.3nA, and can operate on single or split supplies that range from 3V to 50V. It draws 32.5µA of supply current per channel. The ADA4097-2 Over-The-Top™ input stages have robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate upto 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to DC accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail to rail and beyond, upto 70V <gt/> –VS, independent of the +VS supply. It is used in applications such as industrial sensor conditioning, supply current sensing, battery and power supply monitoring, front-end amplifiers in abusive environments, 4mA to 20mA transmitters.

- Input current noise is 0.05pA/√Hz typical at (f = 100Hz, 5V, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.1V/µs typical at (ΔVOUT = 4V, 5V, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 130KHz typical at (5V, TA = 25°C)
- Input overdrive tolerant with no phase reversal, CMR is 145dB typical at (VCM = -0.1V to +70V)
- Large signal voltage gain is 140dB typical at (delta output voltage (ΔVOUT) = 3.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead MSOP package
