Specyfikacja
ADA4891-1 is a single, CMOS, high speed, rail-to-rail amplifier that offers high performance at a low cost. The amplifier features true single-supply capability, with an input voltage range that extends 300mV below the negative rail. In spite of their low cost, the ADA4891-1 family provides high performance and versatility. The rail-to-rail output stage enables the output to swing to within 50mV of each rail, enabling maximum dynamic range. This family of amplifier is ideal for imaging applications, such as consumer video, CCD buffers, and contact image sensor and buffers. Low distortion and fast settling time also make them ideal for active filter applications. Applications include automotive infotainment systems, automotive driver assistance systems, imaging, consumer video, active filters, coaxial cable drivers, clock buffers, photodiode preamp, contact image sensor and buffers.

- 25MHz typ bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness (G = +2, VO = 2V p-p, RL = 150 ohm to 2.5V, RF = 604ohm)
- 0.05% typical differential gain error (G = +2, RL = 150 ohm to 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- 0.25° typical differential phase error (G = +2, RL = 150 ohm to 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Single-supply operation, 2.7V to 5.5V wide supply range
- Output swings to within 50mV of supply rails
- 14 lead SOIC-N package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
