Specyfikacja
The MAX5436EUB+ is a ±15V low drift digital potentiometer in 10 pin µMAX package. This devices is a single 128 position high voltage digital potentiometer and perform the same function as mechanical potentiometer but replace the mechanics with a simple digital interface. The resistor string uses its own analogue supplies (VDD and VSS) that require VDD - VSS to be greater than 9V and less than 31.5V which allows for greater flexibility in voltage ranges that can be used with the device.
- Supply voltage range is 10V to 30V (single supply operation)
- 28V to -10V single negative supply operation
- ±5V to ±15V dual supply operation
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Power-on reset, wiper goes to midscale (position 64)
- Ratiometric temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C
- End to end resistance is 50Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 35ppm/°C
- Glitchless switching between resistor taps
- 3-wire SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial interface
