Specyfikacja
The MAX6225AESA+T is a low noise, precision voltage reference with fixed output voltage in 8 pin NSOIC package. This device is a low noise, precision voltage reference with extremely low ±1.5ppm/°C temperature coefficient and excellent 0.02% initial accuracy. It is based on buried Zener technology for lowest noise performance. The load regulation is 1ppm/mA at 15mA source and sink current. Excellent line and load regulation and low output impedance at high frequency make them ideal for high resolution data conversion systems up to 16bits. It has an option of external trimming and noise reduction. This device is typically used in high resolution analogue to digital and digital to analogue converters, high accuracy reference standard, digital voltmeters, ATE equipment and precision current sources.
