Specyfikacja
The MAX913CSA+T is a single, ultra-fast, low power precision TTL comparator in 8 pin NSOIC package. This comparator can be powered from a single +5V supply or a ±5V split supply. It has differential inputs and complementary TTL outputs. The outputs remain stable through the linear region and this eliminates output instability common to high speed comparators when driven with slow moving input signal. Extremely low supply current and a wide common mode input range that includes the negative rail makes the device an ideal for low power, high speed, single +5V (or ±5V) applications such as V/F converters or switching regulators. It is also used in zero crossing detectors, Ethernet line receivers, switching regulators, high speed sampling circuits, high speed triggers, extended range V/F converters and fast pulse width/height discriminators.
