MAX9647AUK+

The MAX9647AUK+ is a general purpose, low voltage, tiny pack comparator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This comparator is drop-in, pin for pin compatible replacements for LMX331 device. Advantages of this device include low supply voltage, small package and low cost. It also offers a wide supply voltage range, wide operating temperature range, competitive CMRR, PSRR, response time characteristics, input offset, low noise, output saturation voltage, input bias current and RF immunity. This device offers input bias current of ±0.007nA at TA = 25°C, VDD = 5V & input offset current of ±0.007nA at TA = 25°C, VDD = 5V. The MAX9647 is typically used for general purpose low voltage applications.

• Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
• Low supply current of 60μA/channel at VDD = 5V
• Input common mode voltage range includes ground
• No phase reversal for overdriven inputs
• Low output saturation voltage of 120mV
• Input offset voltage of 0.4mV at TA = 25°C, VDD = 5V
• Voltage gain of 500V/mV and output sink current of 35mA (VO ≤ 1.5V) at VDD = 5V
• Supply current of 60µA at TA = 25°C, VDD = 5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
