CY14MB064Q2A-SXQ is a CY14MB064Q2A 64Kbit (8K × 8) SPI nvSRAM with extended temperature. The embedded non-volatile elements incorporate the QuantumTrap technology, creating the world’s most reliable non-volatile memory. The SRAM provides infinite read and write cycles, while the QuantumTrap cells provide highly reliable non-volatile storage of data. Data transfers from SRAM to the non-volatile elements (STORE operation) takes place automatically at power-down. On power-up, data is restored to the SRAM from the non-volatile memory (RECALL operation). User can also initiate the STORE and RECALL operations through SPI instruction.

- Software protection using write disable instruction
- VCC = 2.7V to 3.6V operating voltage, 8-pin SOIC (with VCAP) package
