PZ2130A

PZ2130A is a high-channel density precision source/measure unit (SMU) with 5 channels per module, enabling to integrate 20 SMU channels at maximum into valuable 1U height, full width, rack space and saving space at a low cost per channel for a wide range of applications requiring numerous precision power supplies. The channels can work synchronously in the module and support accurate measurement in the range up to 30V / 500mA with resolution down to 6μV / 100pA. Besides, Ch1 and Ch2 expand the maximum current to +750mA by over range capability. Their seamless current measurement ranging function eliminates the time it takes to change the range and expands the dynamic range to cover multiple measurement ranges, which reduces test duration. Suitable for applications that require numerous precision power supplies, such as semiconductor reliability tests, optoelectronics, and integrated circuit (IC) tests.
