Specyfikacja
MP6951GJ-P is a fast turn-off rectifier for flyback converter with intelligent VDS ringing detection. It is a secondary synchronous rectification driver using flip-chip assembly technology for high-frequency flyback converters. The device can support up to 1MHz flyback converters. The forward drop of the external synchronous rectifier (SR) MOSFET is regulated to about 40mV. The MP6951 switches the SR MOSFET off as soon as the voltage becomes negative. It uses intelligent VDS ringing detection technology. This helps prevent the MOSFETs’ gate driver from being falsely triggered due to VDS oscillations during discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and quasi-resonant (QR) operation. Typical applications are USB PD and quick chargers, adapters, general flyback power supplies.
