RZ/T2M is released to the market as successor of RZ/T1 group. RZ/T2M is an industry leading high-performance MPU that realizes high-speed processing, high precision control and multi-function required for industrial equipment such as AC servo and controller. RZ/T2M has dual Arm® Cortex®-R52 for real-time control and a large tightly coupled memory (576KB) directly connected to CPU to realize high-performance real-time processing. In addition to motor control peripheral functions, it has abundant peripherals such as ECC, functional safety, industrial Ethernet and TSN standards that are required for industrial equipment. RZ/T2M solves customer’s design problem. RZ/T2M has dual Arm® Cortex®-R52 with a maximum operating frequency 800MHz, the CPU performance has improved 2.6 times compared to conventional products on CoreMark base. Builds a functional safety system with one external MCU for a more cost-effective and compact design.
