TDA7563BPDTR is a 4 x 50W multifunction quad power amplifier with built-in diagnostics feature. It has very low distortion allowing a clear powerful sound. Among the features, its superior efficiency performance coming from the internal exclusive structure, makes it the most suitable device to simplify the thermal management in high power sets. The dissipated output power under average listening condition is in fact reduced upto 50% when compared to the level provided by conventional class AB solutions. This device is equipped with a full diagnostics array that communicates the status of each speaker through the I²C bus.

- Full fault protection, DC offset detection, four independent short circuit protection
- Clipping detector pin with selectable threshold (2 % / 10 %), standby/mute pin
- Linear thermal shutdown with multiple thermal warning, ESD protection
- Supply voltage range from 8V to 18V, total quiescent drain current is 170mA typical
- Output power is 28W typical at (THD = 10%, Tamb = 25°C)
- Power bandwidth is 100KHz minimum at (VS = 14.4V; RL = 4 ohm; f = 1KHz; GV = 30dB; Tamb = 25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.2% typical at (PO = 1-10W, f = 10KHz, Tamb = 25°C)
- Junction temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, PowerSO36 package
