Specyfikacja
TSV791IYLT is a single channel, 50MHz-bandwidth, low offset, low-rail unity-gain-stable amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 30V/µs make the device ideal for low-side current measurement. The excellent accuracy provided by a maximum input voltage of 200µV allows for amplifying the accurate small-amplitude input signal. It can operate from a 2.2V to 5.5V single supply it can typically handle an output capacitor up to 1nF and is fully specified on a load of 22pF, therefore allowing easy usage as A/D converters input buffer. It is used in applications such as high bandwidth low-side and high-side current sensing, photodiode transimpedance amplification, A/D converters input buffers, power management in solar-powered systems, power management in automotive applications.

- Input bias current is 2pA maximum at (T = 25°C)

- Supply current (by operational amplifier) is 5.5mA typ at (T = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 30V/µs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 22pF, AV = 1V/V, 10% to 90%)
- Input voltage noise density is 140nV/√Hz typ at (f = 10Hz, T = 25°C)
- Open loop gain is 133dB typ at (VCC- + 200mV ≤ VOUT ≤ VCC+ - 200mV T = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C (automotive grade), SOT23-5 package
- Signal conditioning for high frequencies
