Specyfikacja
ADM7155 is an ultralow noise, high PSRR, RF linear regulator. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection and ultralow noise, achieving excellent line and load transient response with only a 10µF ceramic output capacitor. It is available in 8-lead LFCSP making it not only a very compact solution but also providing excellent thermal performance for applications requiring up to 600mA of load current in a small, low profile footprint. The application includes regulation to noise-sensitive applications PLLs, VCOs and PLLs with integrated VCOs, communications and infrastructure, backhaul and microwave links.
- Input voltage range from 2.3 to 5.5V (VIN = VOUT_MAX + 0.5V, TA = 25°C)
- 1.2 to 3.4V output voltage range, maximum load current is 600mA
- 0.9µV rms total integrated noise from 100Hz to 100KHz
- Noise spectral density is 1.5nV/√Hz (typ, 10KHz to 1MHz, VOUT = 1.2V to 3.3V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 94dB (typ, 1KHz to 100KHz, VIN = 3.9V)
- Dropout voltage is 80mV (typ, IOUT = 400mA, VOUT = 3.3V)
- Initial accuracy range from -0.5 to +0.5 (ILOAD = 10mA, TJ = +25°)
- Accuracy over line, load and temperature is-2.0%(minimum), +1.5% (maximum), from -40 to +85°C
- Precision enable, supported by ADIsimPower tool
- 8-lead LFCSP_WD package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
