Specyfikacja
HMC1122 is a 6bit digital attenuator operating from 0.1GHz to 6GHz with a 31.5dB attenuation control range in 0.5dB steps. It is implemented in a silicon process, offering very fast settling time, low power consumption, and high ESD robustness. This device features safe state transitions and optimized for excellent step accuracy and high linearity over frequency and temperature range. The RF input and output are internally matched to 50 ohm and do not require any external matching components. The design is bidirectional; therefore, the RF input and output are interchangeable. This device incorporates a driver that provides both serial and parallel control of the attenuator. This device also features a user selectable power-up state and a serial output port for cascading other serial controlled components. It is widely used in applications such as cellular infrastructure, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), test equipment and sensors, IF and RF designs etc.
- Low insertion loss is 1.1dB typical at (0.2GHz to 1GHz)
- Step error is <lt/>±0.1dB typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V, TA = 25°C, 50 ohm)
- Excellent attenuation accuracy, safe state transitions
- Input 0.1dB compression is 31dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V, TA = 25°C, 50 ohm)
- Input third-order intercept (IP3) is 55dBm typical at (VDD = 3.3V to 5V, TA = 25°C, 50 ohm)
- RF settling time (0.05dB final RF output) is 250ns
- Low phase shift error is 6° at (1GHz, VDD = 3.3V to 5V, TA = 25°C, 50 ohm)
- Single supply operation is 3.3V to 5V
- ESD rating: class 2 (2KV HBM)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 24-lead LFCSP
