Specyfikacja
The ICL7660CUA+ is a monolithic CMOS switched capacitor voltage converter in 8 pin µMAX package. This device inverts, doubles, divides or multiplies a positive input voltage. It is pin compatible with the industry standard ICL7660 and LTC1044 devices. It operates from 1.5V to 10V with no external diode over the full temperature range. The ICL7660 delivers 10mA with 0.5V output drop. The device combines low quiescent current and high efficiency. Oscillator control circuitry and four power MOSFET switches are included on-chip. Typical applications include generating -5V supply from +5V logic supply to power analogue circuitry, personal communications equipment, op-amp power supplies, EIA/TIA-232E and EIA/TIA-562 power supplies, data acquisition systems and panel meters.

- Maximum output resistance of 100 ohm at TA = +25°C (IL = 20mA, fOSC = 5KHz, LV open)
- Oscillator frequency of 10KHz at V+ = 5V
- Voltage conversion efficiency of 99.9%
- Oscillator impedance of 100Kohm at V+ = 5V
