Specyfikacja
LT1712 is a dual UltraFast™ 4.5ns comparator. Optimized for 3V and 5V power supplies, it operates over a single supply voltage range from 2.4V to 12V or from ±2.4V to ±6V dual supplies. It is designed for ease of use in a variety of systems. In addition to wide supply voltage flexibility, rail-to-rail input common mode range extends 100mV beyond both supply rails and the output is protected against phase reversal for inputs extending further beyond the rails. Also, the rail-to-rail inputs may be taken to opposite rails with no significant increase in input current. Application includes high speed automatic test equipment, current sense for switching regulators, crystal oscillator circuits, high speed sampling circuits, high speed A/D converters, pulse width modulators, window comparators, extended range V/F converters, fast pulse height/width discriminators, line receivers, high speed triggers.

- 0.5mV typical input offset voltage (RS = 50 ohm, VCM = V+/2, TA = 25°C)
- 10µV/°C typical input offset voltage drift (TA = 25°C, V+ = 2.7V or V+ = 5V)
- 65dB typical common mode rejection ratio (V+ = 5V, 0V ≤ VCM ≤ 5V, TA = 25°C)
- 75dB typical positive power supply rejection ratio (2.4V ≤ V+ ≤ 7V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- 4.5ns typical propagation delay (∆VIN = 100mV, VOVERDRIVE = 20mV, TA = 25°C)
- 0.5ns typical differential propagation delay (∆VIN = 100mV, VOVERDRIVE = 20mV)
- 16 lead plastic SSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
