Specyfikacja
LT3015EQ-2.5#PBF LT®3015 series low noise, low dropout, negative linear regulator with fast transient response. This device can supply up to 1.5A of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 310mV. Its operating quiescent current is typically 1.1mA and drops to less than 1µA in shutdown. Quiescent current is also well-controlled during dropout. In addition to its fast transient response, the LT3015 series exhibits very low output noise, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications. This regulator remains stable with a minimum 10µF output capacitor. Furthermore, it can utilize small ceramic capacitors without the need for additional equivalent series resistance (ESR), as required by many other regulators. Applications include post-regulator for switching supplies, negative logic supplies, low noise instrumentation, industrial supplies, negative complement to the LT1963A.

- Quiescent current in shutdown is 0.01µA typical at (VIN = -6V, active-low VSHDN = 0V)
- Output voltage noise is 60µVRMS typical at (COUT = 10µF, ILOAD = -1.5A, BW = 10Hz to 100KHz)
- Ripple rejection is 62dB typical at (VIN = -4V (avg) TA = 25°C)
- GND pin current is 1.1mA typical at (ILOAD = 0mA)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 5-lead plastic DD-pak package
