Specyfikacja
LT8708EUHG#PBF is a high performance buck-boost switching regulator controller with bidirectional capability that operates from an input voltage that can be above, below, or equal to the output voltage. Features are included to simplify bidirectional power conversion in battery/capacitor backup systems and other applications that may need regulation of VOUT, VIN, IOUT, and/or IIN. Forward and reverse currents can be monitored and limited for the input and output sides of the converter. All four current limits (forward input, reverse input, forward output, and reverse output) can be set independently using four resistors on the PCB. The MODE pin can select between discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), continuous conduction mode (CCM), hybrid conduction mode (HCM) and Burst Mode® operation. Application includes high voltage buck-boost converters, bidirectional charging systems, and automotive 48V systems.
- VINCHIP operating voltage range from 5.5 to 80V (EXTVCC=0V, TA=25°C)
- EXTVCC switchover voltage range from 6.15 to 6.6V (IINTVCC=–20mA, VEXTVCC rising, TA=25°C)
- Typical INTVCC voltage is 6.3V (Regulated from VINCHIP, IINTVCC=20mA, TA=25°C)
- Typical regulation voltage for FBOUT is 1.20V (Regulate VC to 1.2V, TA=25°C)
- Six independent forms of regulation
- Synchronous rectification: up to 99% efficiency
- Forward and reverse discontinuous conduction mode supported
- Supports MODE and DIR pin changes while switching
- 40-lead plastic QFN package
- Temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
