Specyfikacja
LTM®4630A is a step-down DC/DC µModule® (micromodule) regulator with wider VOUT range and higher efficiency than LTM4630. Included in the package are the switching controllers, power FETs, inductors and all supporting components. Its high efficiency design delivers up to 18A continuous current for each output. Only a few input and output capacitors are needed. The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, Burst Mode operation and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing and has an on-board temperature diode for device temperature monitoring. High switching frequency and a current mode architecture enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability. Applications are telecom and networking equipment, storage and ATCA cards, industrial equipment.

- Multiphase parallel current sharing up to 144A, soft-start/voltage tracking
- Internal temperature monitor, over current foldback protection
- Adjustable switching frequency or synchronization, differential remote sense amplifier
- -40°C to 125°C temperature rating, 144-lead (16mm × 16mm × 4.41mm) LGA package
