Specyfikacja
LTM4638 is a complete step-down switching mode µModule (power module) regulator. This device supports selectable discontinuous mode operation and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing. Its high switching frequency and current mode control enable a very fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability. Fault protection features include overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection. It is widely used in application such as telecom, datacom, networking and industrial equipment, medical diagnostic equipment, data storage rack units and cards, test and debug systems etc.
- Wide input voltage range is 3.1V to 20V
- Output voltage range is 0.6V to 5.5V
- 15A DC output current
- Total DC output voltage error over line, load and temperature is ±1.5% maximum
- Differential remote sensing amp, current mode control, fast transient response
- External frequency synchronization, output voltage tracking
- Selectable discontinuous mode, power good indicator
- Input supply bias current is 100mA typical at (VIN = 12V, VOUT = 1.5V, MODE = INTVCC)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C
- Package style is 49-lead BGA
