Specyfikacja
The MAX4503CUK+T is a low voltage, dual supply SPST CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C or 10nA at +85°C. The digital input is CMOS logic compatible when using ±5V supplies. An unique logic input architecture allows this even though the parts have no ground pin. The MAX4503 is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits, cellular phones, PCMCIA cards and modems.
- Dual supply operation from ±1V to ±6V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Normally open (NO) switch configuration
- Fast switching speed (maximum tON = 150ns, maximum tOFF = 100ns at TA = +25°C, ±5V supply )
- Maximum on-resistance of 250 ohm at TA = +25°C (±5V supply)
- Off leakage current of 0.01nA at TA = +25° (±5V supply)
- Low charge injection of 10pC at TA = +25°C (±5V supply)
- Off isolation of less than -90dB at f = 100KHz (±5V supply)
