Specyfikacja
The MAX4515EUK+T is a low voltage, low on-resistance, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This single supply analogue switch can operate continuously with single supply between +2V and +12V. It can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C or 20nA at +85°C maximum. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using +5V supply. The MAX4515 is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems and PCMCIA cards modems.

- Maximum on-resistance flatness of 3ohm at TA = +25°C with single 5V supply
- Off isolation of ≤-90dB at f = 100KHz with single 5V supply
