Specyfikacja
The MAX4528CPA+ is a low voltage, phase reversal CMOS analogue switch in 8 pin DIP package. It is configured as a phase reversal switch and optimized for high speed applications such as chopper amplifiers. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The leakage current is 0.5nA at +25°C and 20nA at +85°C. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring both TTL and CMOS logic compatibility. The MAX4528 is used in chopper stabilized amplifiers, balanced modulators/demodulators, data acquisition, test equipment and audio signal routing applications.

- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Transition time is less than 100ns with ±5V supplies
- Maximum current consumption of 1μA
- Greater than 2KV ESD protection per method 3015.7
- Maximum on-resistance of 900 ohm at TA = +25°C (+3V single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness is 15 ohm with ±5V dual supply
- Charge injection of 1pC at CL = 1.0nF (+3V single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance match is 7ohm at TA = +25°C (±5V dual supply)
- Break before make time delay of 150ns with +3V single supply
