TC275T64F200NDCKXUMA1 is an AURIX™ microcontroller for automotive and industrial applications. Its innovative multicore architecture, based on up to three independent 32-bit TriCore CPUs, has been designed to meet the highest safety standards, while simultaneously increasing performance significantly. Equipped with a triple TriCore with 200MHz, 4MB of flash memory and a powerful generic timer module (GTM), this aims for a reduced complexity, best-in-class power consumption and significant cost savings. Applications include automatic transmission hydraulic system, automotive high-voltage battery management system (BMS), belt starter generator 48V – inverter ISG, diesel direct injection, EV traction inverter.

- 64KB EEPROM at 500k cycles, 472KB RAM w/ ECC protection
- 64x DMA channels, sensor interfaces : 10xSENT, 3xPSI5, 1xPSI5S
- Single voltage supply is 5V or 3.3V
- Diverse lockstep core with clock delay, access permission system
- Redundant and diverse timer modules (GTM, CCU6, GPT12)
- Safety management unit ( SMU ), direct memory access ( DMA )
