TLE9855QXXUMA2 is an Arm® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller with LIN and H-Bridge NFET driver for automotive applications. It integrates an Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor and peripherals for motor control, power supply and communication. Two integrated measurement units (analogue-to-digital converters) for monitoring temperature, battery voltage and four monitoring inputs help to save pins. This input can be operated directly with battery voltage, which saves costs on additional components such as external voltage dividers or shutdown transistors. Furthermore, the chips are equipped with two full duplex serial interfaces (UART) with LIN support. Potential applications include window lift, sunroof, single-phase DC pumps and fans, e.g. HVAC blower, single-phase BLDC pumps and fans, e.g. single-phase water pump and other LIN-addressed motor control applications.
- Analog clock frequency is 5MHz min (VS = 5.5 V to 28 V, Tj = -40°C to +150°C)
- One clock per machine cycle architecture, single cycle multiplier, AEC qualified
- 96KB flash (including EEPROM), 4KB EEPROM (emulated in Flash)
- 512bytes 100 time programmable memory (100TP), 4KB RAM
- Boot ROM for startup firmware and Flash routines, on-chip OSC
- Math co-processor unit with divider unit for signed and unsigned 32-bit division operations
- MOSFET driver including charge pump for H-bridge motor applications
- High-side switch with cyclic sense option, PWM functionality e.g for supplying LEDs or switch panels
- 10 general-purpose I/O ports (GPIO), 5 analogue input Ports
- VQFN-48-31 package, temperature range from -40°C to +150°C
