MAX5434LEZT+T

The MAX5434LEZT+T is a 32-tap, non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 6 pin TSOT-23 package. MAX5434 performs the function of a mechanical potentiometer but replaces the mechanics with a simple 2-wire serial interface. The fast-mode I²C-compatible serial interface allows communication at data rate up to 400kbps. This device is used in applications such as digitally controlled resistors, voltage-divider, LCD screen adjustments, low-drift and programmable-gain amplifier circuit configurations.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Internal EEPROM returns the wiper to its previously stored position at power-up
• End to end resistance is 50Kohm at ±25% tolerance
• End to end resistance temperature coefficient of 35ppm/°C
• Ratiometric temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C
• Static supply current of 500nA (typ)
• ±0.15LSB INL (typ), ±0.15LSB DNL (typ)
