C8051F507-IQ is a highly integrated automotive and industrial microcontroller (MCU) that is auto-grade qualified and tested to AEC-Q100 specification. It features a powerful 8051 core with 50MHz performance along with 32KB flash, 4.25KB RAM. This MCU also offers integrated communication interfaces and a 12bit, 25-channel, 200Ksps ADC and 2 comparators in a 7x7 mm, QFP32 package. With enhanced communication peripherals and robust peripheral set, this is ideal for motor control, sensor interface, parking assistance, seat position and adjustment, fluid level monitoring, and other automotive/industrial applications.

- Programmable hysteresis and response time, configurable as interrupt or reset source comparator
- On-chip debug circuitry facilitates full speed, nonintrusive in-system debug (no emulator required)
- Supply voltage range from 1.8 to 5.25V, typical operating current is 19mA at 50MHz
- Pipelined instruction architecture; executes 70% of instructions in 1 or 2 system clocks
- Hardware enhanced UART, SMBus™, and enhanced SPI™ serial ports
- External oscillator: crystal, RC, C, or clock (1 or 2 pin modes)
- Can switch between clock sources on-the-fly; useful in power saving modes
- 16bit programmable counter array (PCA) with 6 capture/compare modules and enhanced PWM functionality
- Temperature rating range from -40 to +125°C
