STM32F334C6T6TR is a mainstream mixed signals MCU with Arm Cortex-M4 core with DSP and FPU, 32Kbytes of flash memory, 72MHz CPU, CCM, 12bit ADC 5MSPS, comparators, op-amp, hr timer. It incorporates the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32bit RISC core operating at upto 72MHz frequency embedding a floating point unit (FPU), high-speed embedded memories (upto 64Kbytes of flash memory, upto 12Kbytes of SRAM), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. It also features standard and advanced communication interfaces: one I²C, one SPI, upto three USARTs and one CAN.
