Specyfikacja
STM32U031F8P6 is an ultra-low-power Arm®-based 32bit microcontroller. This device embeds high-speed memories (up to 64-Kbyte flash memory), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to APB and AHB buses, and a 32bit multi-AHB bus matrix. It also embeds protection mechanisms for embedded flash memory and SRAM, such as readout protection and write protection. It also features standard and advanced communication interfaces, namely three I²Cs, two SPIs, four USARTs and two low-power UARTs. Independent power supplies are supported: analogue independent supply input for ADC, DAC, op-amp and comparator, as well as VBAT input allowing the backup of the RTC and backup registers.

- 1Kbyte instruction cache allowing 0-wait-state execution from flash memory

- True random number generation, candidate for NIST SP 800-90B certification
- 4 to 48MHz crystal oscillator, 32KHz crystal oscillator for RTC (LSE)
- Temperature coefficient is 30ppm/°C typical
- Voltage coefficient is 250ppm/V typical
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 20-pin TSSOP package
