TPD4164F,LF(S is a high voltage monolithic silicon power IC. It is a DC brush less motor driver using high voltage PWM control. It is fabricated by high voltage SOI process. It is three-shunt resistor circuit for current sensing. It contains level shift high-side driver, low-side driver, IGBT outputs, FRDs and protective functions for overcurrent circuit and under voltage protection circuits and thermal shutdown circuit. It is easy to control a DC brush less motor by just putting logic inputs from a MCU or motor controller to the device. It includes over-current and under-voltage protection, shutdown function controlled by SD pin, and thermal shutdown. It is used in application like DC brushless motor driver IC.

- 3-phase bridge output using IGBTs, the regulator of 5V typical is built in

- Input voltage is 1.5V maximum at (VIN = “L” , VCC = 15V)
- 0.8μs minimum operating pulse width at (VBB = 280V, VCC = 15V)
- VCC under voltage protection is 11V typical at (Ta = 25°C)
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 135°C
