XC7A15T-2CSG325I is an Xilinx Artix®-7 FPGA. This- Artix®-7 Family is optimized for low power applications requiring serial transceivers and high DSP and logic throughput. Provides the lowest total bill of materials cost for high-throughput, cost-sensitive applications. It is built on a state-of-the-art, high-performance, low-power (HPL), 28nm, high-k metal gate (HKMG) process technology. It features- Advanced high-performance FPGA logic based on real 6-input lookup table (LUT) technology configurable as distributed memory and- 36kB dual-port block RAM with built-in FIFO logic for on-chip data buffering.
- Mid speed grade (-1) with -40 to 100°C temperature range
- 16,640 logic cell
- Configurable Logic Blocks (CLBs): 2,600 slices, 200Kb max distributed RAM
- Block RAM blocks: 50 x 18Kb, 25 x36Kb and 900Kb max
